Worship
Worship is Central to
Winter Park Baptist Church
Worship by our community occurs in two settings on Sunday mornings.
The 8:30 a.m. service is more contemporary in nature with music led by our Praise Team.
The 11 a.m. service is traditional with music led by organ, piano and choirs.
Our worship, in both services, is interactive, participatory and focused on God.
We seek to hear God speak through His Word and other elements of worship and then we provide opportunities to respond.
In worship, we celebrate the good news of Jesus and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
We employ both ancient and modern forms as we seek a divine perspective on our lives in the world.
Whether we sing a traditional hymn or a contemporary worship song, we seek to hear the Word of the Lord and then respond in praise.
